Sebelum ini banyak dah dengar tentang lagu2 yang dicedok dari lagu2 yang femes dolu2.  Yang terbaru, kecoh katanya tentang intro lagu Black - Teman Pengganti dengan lagu Hati Seorang Kekasih - NoorKumalasari tu! For KA ok aje, cuma mungkin intronyer sedikit kedengaran sama tapi sangat2 berbeza pada keseluruhan lagu dan cara penyampaiannyer.

PETALING JAYA: Pengenalan (intro) lagu Teman Pengganti nyanyian Black bersama Mallique yang popular ketika ini adalah ilham yang dicedok daripada melodi lagu nyanyian Noorkumalasari iaitu Hati Seorang Kekasih yang pernah popular pada tahun 80-an.

Perkara itu menjadi buah mulut segelintir pihak kononnya populariti lagu tersebut adalah disebabkan kehebatan melodi nyanyian Noorkumalasari yang merupakan bintang popular suatu ketika dahulu.

Malah ada yang berkata tindakan Mallique selaku komposer lagu Teman Pengganti dikatakan tidak profesional apabila dia diberitakan tidak meminta kebenaran daripada pemegang hak cipta asal lagu tersebut iaitu Warner Music (M) Sdn Bhd.

Bagaimanapun Pengurus A&R Warner Music (M), Mokhtaza Ahmad yang dihubungi bagi mengulas perkara tersebut berkata, komposer berkenaan tidak melakukan kesalahan kerana lagu yang dikatakan ‘dicedok’ itu mematuhi melebihi kiraan tertentu iaitu tidak melebihi lapan bar.

"Jika sesebuah lagu yang sama melodinya dengan lagu asal diambil melebihi lapan bar, barulah ia menjadi kesalahan dan pemegang hak cipta sesebuah lagu boleh ambil tindakan mahkamah.

"Dalam hal ini, kod pengenalan (intro) lagu Teman Pengganti yang diambil berdasarkan melodi Hati Seorang Kekasih bukanlah satu kesalahan.

"Lebih-lebih lagi apabila penggunaan kod muzik yang sama, ia tidak perlu menjadi satu 'perbalahan'. Melainkan keseluruhan melodi dalam sesebuah lagu baru itu sama," katanya yang dihubungi mStar Online, di sini, Khamis.

Memang tak aci betul. Ini cam nak sabotaj Malaysia ler gamaknyer.  Bila yang baik2 tu, xdelah pulak mention nama Malaysia.  Tapi kalau tang cerita yang x sedap nak didengar, mesti ada selit2 nama Malaysia.  KA pown pernah ke sini.  Pernah juga dengar cerita pasal hotel kat Genting Highland ini.  Tapi diri sendiri xde pengalaman ngeri kat sini, so x boleh lah nak pandai2 komen kan!. ( Uols ada pengalaman seram kat sini, sharelah)

Sedikit Cerita Duke and Duchess of Cambridge Di Malaysia Semalam

Mungkin ada yang x berapa nak suka bila KA selalu buat N3 tentang pasangan ini lagi.  Seperti yang KA katakan, bukan ada motif apa2 pown, cuma KA saja2 kongsi sebab suka tengok pasangan merpati dua sejoli ni.  

Ini cerita hari pertama Prince William & Kate Middleton di Malaysia semalam. KA sendiri tak sempat nak pergi (taklah teruja sangat nak tengok, cukup sekadar lihat di screen tv!).  Tambah2 lagi sibuk dengan tugasan & tuntuntan kerja dan urusan2 lain yang sedia ada yang dah menunggu.  Memang xde masa lah! Semalam pown hingga lewat petang baru selesai dengan 'urusan' makan2 di open house. He He He. (Maaf x sempat BW semalam yek). Makan sekejap, bercerita tu yang panjang sebenarnyer! Hari ini hingga Isnin depan, jadual KA dah cukup padat!

Royal Tour In Singapore, Di Malaysia Pula 13- 15 September, 2012

Salam pagi Khamis di Syawal ke 26.

 

Saja berkongsi gambar2 lagi, sekitar lawatan Prince William & isteri Kate Middleton di Singapura.  Mesti ramai yang x sabar nak tunggu kedatangan pasangan diraja ini ke Malaysia kan?. Takde apa2 motif pown.  Cuma KA suka tengok pasangan bahagia ni.  Moga2 kekallah sampai bila2kan.  Nak tengok juga macam mana sambutan masyarakat Malaysia bila this lovely couple ni tiba!!!!!!
